If you received a robocall saying you “qualified for a free cruise” you may be eligible for up to $900 as part of a class-action lawsuit against Carnival, Royal Caribbean and Norwegian Cruise Lines.

A judge in Chicago recently approved a settlement in the case, saying the calls violated the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act.

According to the lawsuit, Resort Marketing Group didn’t have written permission to use the phone numbers, which were purchased from a data broker.

The settlement is worth $7 million to $12.5 million, depending on how many plaintiffs come forward.

People who received the calls between July 2009 and March 2014 may be eligible to receive $900 or $300 per call with a maximum of three calls.

The lawsuit was filed in 2012 by an Ohio man who received one of the calls.
