Don't be a hacker!

Here's a video that shows you the correct way to carve the bird!

Rule #1, have a sharp knife!  Hey, it took a lot of time and effort to get that turkey to where it is today, don't hack the hell out of it!

Rule #2 is to keep the pressure off by carving your turkey in the kitchen and not at the dining room table where all eyes are on you.  If you don't work well under pressure then this is a fabulous starting point for you!

To make things easy, cook the stuffing separately!  Don't need to make anymore of a mess than you have to.

Legs first, then cut the off the two entire breast sections.  Make sure you slice across the grain.
