Are you looking for a fun project to do with the kids this holiday season?  Try out this fun tutorial with the Bangor area's very own Frugal Crafter.

Lindsay is your frugal crafting hostess who takes you through the process of prepping, painting and displaying your artwork while teaching you about the tools you need and suggesting alternatives that you could consider.

All you need is three small canvases, acrylic paint and paint brushes, which she provides links for in her video description.  She even provides the patterns for the ornaments.

The video includes tutorials on all three designs: a poinsettia, a snowman and a cup of cocoa.  Block out about a half hour to watch this all the way through.  I also found it quite relaxing to watch.

Other projects she's done lately include a pomegranate watercolor.....

and Christmas cards!
