‘Free The Z’ 2017 Collects More Than 2,700 Turkeys [PHOTOS + VIDEO]

'Free the Z' 2017 collected more than 2,700 turkeys for local families in need this year, and we want to thank all of you who donated your money or your time (or your turkeys!) to the cause.

In total, you gave us 2,739 turkeys this year. Our partners, Penquis CAP will now distribute them to families who might otherwise not have a Thanksgiving dinner.

It was a great three days in the Brewer Hannaford parking lot, where lots of you came to visit us and help out. We appreciate it.
