Facebook Video Shows Moron Jumping On Top Of Two Manatees In Florida [VIDEO]

A video posted on Facebook shows an idiot from Florida harassing two manatees by leaping off a dock and performing a cannonball on top of them, while his buddy captures it on film .

This is an illegal act in the state of Florida, where the animals are classified as endangered.

Authorities have not taken action against the men as of yet, but Facebook posts have been successfully used to prosecute animal cruelty.
