On Sunday, September 25, 2016, NAMI Maine is hosting our 14th Annual Walk to bring awareness to mental health and help break down the stigma surrounding it. At the event, which is held at Southern Maine Community College, participants walk, celebrate, and dance in support of this cause. About 1,000 people are expected to attend. There will be various activities for participants to partake as well as the 5k or 1-mile walk. Lunch is provided. There is no cost of attendance, but fundraising is encouraged!
