Some call it an addiction, I call it a passion. A passion for CAFFEINE !!!!!!! However, I am trying to kick my commitment to energy drinks. Looks like I choose the right time to do so.

A new government survey reveals that more and more people are going to the ER because of energy drinks. The report doesn't say what complications the patient was there for but that energy drinks where the root of the problem.

Most of the hospitalizations where teens and young adults. Trips to the ER involving the drinks shot up from 2007-2011 from 10,000 to 20,000. The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration calls the findings a ‘rising public health problem.’

Energy drinks can cause insomnia, nervousness, headache, rapid heart rate and seizures.
