Here's what you DON'T do when you're on vacation.

This idiot, probably drunk, jumped on top of a moose and rode it across a lake. Sure, that sounds absolutely badass, but it's totally illegal.

And it's bad for Mr. Moose.

This guy will be charged with harassing wildlife. They should also charge his friend for being an idiot and recording it.

Oh wait.... stupid isn't a crime.
