For some of us Bangorians, the start of the holiday season isn't quite official yet.  But, this Saturday, we will all be relieved to make it officially official when a day of festive festivities come to Downtown Bangor.

Of course we are anticipating the Festival of Lights Parade and the lighting of the tree in West Market Square but, there are a whole day of events set for this Saturday to kick off the holiday season.

2 PM - 4:30 PM  Bangor Symphony Youth Orchestra Music-a-thon/ Warming Station and Hot Chocolate Bangor Art Exchange Ballroom (193 Exchange Street)

4 PM - 8:30 PM  Letters to Santa Claus/ Warming Station Charles Inn (20 Broad Street)

4:30 PM - 6:30 PM  Festival of Lights Parade (More details about the parade are available in our previous article revealing the date of the parade a few weeks ago.)
