Daycare Provider’s Husband Accused of Convincing Kids To Expose Themselves

The husband of a woman who runs a children's daycare center is accused of getting children to expose themselves.

WABI-TV reports David Russell, age 69, is charged with seven counts of visual sexual aggression. Police say he allegedly used candy and gum as a way to convince the children to do what he wanted. Russell's wife runs the 'Just Us Kids' daycare center in Parkman.

The District Attorney's office told TV-5 that the incidents included children as young as 4 years old and as old as 12 and happened between June and October. The victims told their parents or officials what had happened and that's how authorities caught up with Russell.
