Beer is booming in Maine!

The Maine Brewers Guild is predicting a 200% industry growth in the state over the next four years. Beer is big business in Maine. $92.6 Million worth of Maine brews was sold in 2013. The industry employs about 1,500 Mainers and adds $189 million to the state's economy! Cheers!

At the time the study was conducted with 35 breweries that plan to up production by 36% from 2013 to 2014. Now there's 53 breweries in Maine, with five more to open by years end.
