A new law is going into effect on the New Jersey Boardwalk.

Hitting the Jersey Boardwalk this summer? Pack a belt! A new law is expected to pass in Wildwood that bans sagging pants, no if's and's or butt's! Thank you, I'm here all week!

The law bars folks from having their pants sag more than three inches below the hip, exposing skin or underwear. The law also bans going shirtless on the boardwalk and bare feet.

The law packs a steep fine ranging from $25 to $100 for the first offense and $200 for repeat offenses. Oh yeah, you also might have to do 40 hours of community service!

The town says the law is to keep tourists happy. They rely strongly on tourism on the famous boardwalk for survival, and tourist don't want to see butt crack while on vacation. The morons from MTV's 'Jersey Shore' wouldn't have even been allowed to leave the house! ...why didn't anyone think of this earlier.

Weighing in on the law is Larry Platt. What do you think Larry?
