Could Glow In The Dark Paths Replace Streetlights?[VIDEO]

Just think, you could be like Michael Jackson in the "Billie Jean" video!

How cool would it be if streets could stay lit at night without a streetlight? That's the idea behind "Starpath", which is a new type of surfacing material that absorbs sunlight during the day, then puts out a blue glow at night to light up the night.

I have to admit, I don't understand any of it, but it sounds really cool and it apparently is cheaper to run than a streetlight and it might make people who are out walking at night feel a little safer.
