Cool Sounds Summer Concert Series Returns to West Market Square

It's almost time to put the newly renovated square to good use!

Once again live music will emanate from the heart of downtown, while local vendors line Broad Street. The annual Cool Sounds Summer Concert Series and Fresh Air Market returns to West Market Square in July. The weekly free concert had to be relocated due to last summer's construction projects in downtown Bangor.

The event's return to downtown is a relief for the restaurants and bars in the square. All of the establishments saw a huge dip in patronage during the construction.

In addition to the music and market, be on the lookout for the two new food trucks that will roam Bangor this summer.
