A hot night of rock, hip-hop & reggae is headed to town.

This is an exciting time of year because show announcements are starting to come in fast and furious, giving us an idea of all the entertainment coming our way in 2024, on the Bangor Waterfront. From the looks of things so far, we are in for a ton of variety when it comes to concerts.

In the last several years, Bangor has become a huge concert destination. Some of the biggest acts in music have come to town, and there are no signs of that slowing down anytime soon.

We are already getting spoiled, and now another show at Maine Savings Amphitheater has been announced, for this July.

Who and when is it?

Slightly Stoopid with Dirty Heads, and special guests Common Kings and The Elovaters, will come to Bangor, on Saturday, July 13th.

When do tickets go on sale?

There is a pre-sale, on Thursday, March 7th, from 10:00 am-10:00pm, using the pre-sale code REGGAE

Slightly Stoopid is an American rock band based in California, who describe their music as "a fusion of folk, rock, reggae and blues with hip-hop, funk, metal and punk."

They have released thirteen albums, including four live ones. The band was originally signed by Bradley Nowell, from the band Sublime to his label Skunk Records while they were still in high school.
