There is an app coming soon called Pixtr, that will automatically retouch all your photos for you.

That's right. Pixtr slims your big honking nose, jawline, trims that hideous uni-brow, smooths wrinkles and clears up your zits and eliminates that annoying camera distortion that ruins good pcitures.

Thea app is not available yet, but will be free with a $1 per batch fee if you process a bunch of pictures at once.
