Former NFL star and current Pac-12 network anaylst Ronnie Lott was one of the best ever to play the game for the San Francisco 49'ers. His grace on the field doesn't apply to office chairs however.

During a post game show on the Pac 12 network, Lott takes a tumble from his chair and hilarity ensues.

I'm excited for the return of football too, but let's not get carried away. Of course as I say that, my studio chair looks pretty creaky and old...better be careful.
