Cheap Homemade AC May Save The Day [VIDEO]

Man, it's hot!  92 degrees here in Bangor today!  Think that you can't afford an air conditioner?  Think again!

Here's a little ingenuity that may get you by on a hot summer day!  For just a few bucks, cut three holes in a Styrofoam cooler, stick a fan in the lid face down, have two cheap pipes pointing out of it, and then fill it with frozen ice bottles!

There you go, 49 degrees of air comfort!  Stick your toes up to the pipes and wiggle!
