At this year Oscars, Seth MacFarlane caused quite a controversy as he hosted the ceremony with a number of risque bits and jokes (most notably the "We Saw Your Boobs" song from the opening monologues) but that was exactly what Oscar producers hoped MacFarlane would bring to the normally staid production. The 'Family Guy' creator previously said he has no interest in returning, the producers seemed to have liked the controversy (and the ratings that went with it) and MacFarlane has officially been invited to return to host the 2014 Oscars.

Last night at the 2013 MTV Movie Awards, something happened that was surprising even by the usually-unpredictable ceremony's standards. As Will Ferrell accepted his Comedic Genius Award,'Parks and Recreation' star Aubrey Plaza interrupted him, tried to steal away the award, and created her very own controversial Kanye Moment, getting kicked out of the show by MTV producers.
