Pink’s Anniversary Message From Carey Hart Sure Beats Aluminum + Tin

Tin and aluminum, which represent a balance of strength and flexibility, are traditional 10th anniversary gifts, but Carey Hart's sentiment to Pink a decade into the couple's marriage may have set a new standard.

Motocross champion Hart, who wed the pop star in a 2006 ceremony in Costa Rica, shared an Instagram post in honor of the milestone yesterday (January 7) that finds the couple snuggled up and laughing with their four-year-old daughter, Willow.

"Happy anniversary to my MUCH better half," the caption reads. "10 years is a pretty amazing milestone for 2 misfits like us. I'm proud of us baby!!! Thank you for being an amazing wife, mother, and friend. I love you."

"...happy anniversary baby! " Pink answered on Twitter. "Love you @hartluck muah xo."

And fans of both couldn't help but gush over the exchange.

"A great milestone in this day and age for anyone and almost unheard of for celebs. Well done," @mandywashere wrote, while FOX Sports reporter Jamie Little recalled "What a beautiful wedding it was! Can't believe that was 10 years ago! Great memory."

The couple briefly split in 2008, according to MTV News, but even through the worst of it, Pink seemed confident that reconciliation was possible.

"One never knows the future, but mine and Carey’s just might involve beach babies and sunshine one day. Just not right now," she wrote. "Thanks for the concern and caring."
