Cardi B's upcoming performance at the 2018 Coachella music festival is already shaping up to be a grand one but the performance just got a bit more extravagant.

According to an April 14 report from TMZ, the "Bodak Yellow" rapper snatched up a few of Beyonce's ex-backup dancers who were recently fired earlier this week. While it's uncertain why Beyonce let go of the dancers, Cardi is reportedly hiring four or five for her team.

The "Be Careful" artist already had her set of dancers—about 16—but when she heard about the new team of dancers, Cardi reportedly mulled it over and liked the idea of making her show bigger.

Before adding the new set of backup dancers, Cardi had revealed she invested $300,000 into her stage set, although TMZ reports costs are now reaching $450,000. "I have to invest so much money on my stage set—my own money that I gotta go to Wells Fargo and write a check. It's crazy. Almost $300,000," she told SirusXM's Hip Hop Nation. "It's an investment."

The Invasion of Privacy rapper will also only be making $70,000 per day for her performances. While some would expect a star like Cardi to be making more, she revealed she signed the deal with Coachella over six months ago—way before her gold-selling debut album released. "I didn't know that Coachella was such a big deal like that, and I did not know that it was a lot of people," she said.

Cardi B is scheduled to perform at Coachella on Sunday, April 15 and Sunday, April 22.
