Brewer Police roped off a portion of a South Main Street business while investigating a second suspected meth lab.

The parking lot for the Big Apple on South Main Street in Brewer was completely blocked off with police tape and the street lined with cruisers just after noon today. A rust-colored car sat in the parking lot with a plastic bottle sitting on the trunk. And, while we were there, one man wearing sleep pants and a ball cap was taken away in handcuffs.

WABI-TV reports that two men, 25-year-old Sean Murphy and 33-year-old Robert Seeley, both of Bangor, are accused of cooking meth in a car.

Police are also investigating a suspected meth lab just down the street, in an apartment near the Joshua Chamberlain Bridge. One man has been arrested in that case on a firearms charge.
