In honor of today being EXACTLY four weeks from my surgery, I thought I'd share some photos. This mix of photos is to show you what I mean when I say it's all about balance. There are some of me indulging in things not so great for me and some of me eating healthy and working on my fitness!

Just because I've made the decision to have plastic surgery does not in any way mean my hard work is over. Fitness and healthy eating is a way of life. After this surgery, I will be right back in the gym just as soon as Dr. Branch and Dr. Harrington say it's okay. I always feel so much better when I make healthy food choices and I'm active.

Those healthy choices are super important right now as I prepare for this surgery. Making sure I'm as healthy as I can possibly be will help so much with the healing process.

As I sit here and write this I'm getting super nervous. FOUR WEEKS! Seriously. I'm not really sure what I'm most nervous about. I'm obviously not looking forward to the pain and the recovery part of it. Anytime you have a major surgery it's normal to get nervous. I think I'm more nervous about this big change though.

I've been carrying around this "weight" from the person I used to be for nine years. It's going to be so strange to wake up after the surgery and have it gone. Don't get me wrong, it's going to be strange in a good way. The countdown is on! ONE MONTH!!!

I'll update again soon! Thanks again for all the love and support!

XOXO

Breezy
