Who wouldn't want their shoulders and back to look THIS FABULOUS????? This is a shot of my trainer, Wendy! I'm not sure if I will ever look anything like this, but my insides feel like they should!

I've been working out with Wendy on Tuesday and Thursday evenings after work. It's the most intense 30 minutes of my life. She probably doesn't think it's much because she's a total bad-ass! My ankle has been bothering me a lot this week (yes I have arthritis like I'm a 90-year-old woman and can tell when it's going to rain and all that) so I told her I wanted to focus on my upper body.

(Insert evil Wendy laugh here)

She is totally prepping me for tank top season! Holy OUCH! You know what's funny though, I can already notice a difference in the tone of my arms. Am I crazy? Maybe. I'm going to keep it up though. I've already noticed the scale moving in the direction I want, too. A little hard work (both at BBAC and with my diet) has started to pay off already!

Wendy quote of the week: (When getting ready to do upright dumbell rows) "This should feel like you're getting a little shoulder massage." BWHAHAHAHA. Right, Wendy. Right.

What are you going to do TODAY to improve yourself????

I plan to get in at least 30 minutes of cardio AND do my best to stay away from Bella's Halloween candy stash.
