It seems like just working in the – sometimes – presence of Brad Pitt might be enough of a bonus to make any job worthwhile. But what if we told you that the ‘Moneyball’ star was actually a really awesome boss who gives his employees expensive gifts as thank-you bonuses?

You’d add Brad Pitt to your search terms on CareerBuilder, wouldn’t you?

While you're at it, you should look into a career as a wine maker, because those are the employees who are cashing in big on Pitt's generosity right now.

Pitt and partner Angelina Jolie recently dropped $60 million to purchase a 35-bedroom French estate and vineyard known as Chateau Miraval. The ‘Mr. and Mrs. Smith’ stars and well-known vintner Marc Perrina then teamed up and launched a new brand of wine called The Miraval Rose 2012.

Of course, don't bother trying to get any of it now -- it sold out within five hours of hitting the market.

And because Pitt believes the wine's popularity has everything to do with its high quality and not too much to do with the names Pitt and Jolie, he kindly and generously decided that his winery staff deserved a bonus -- and spent about $75,500 on gifts for them.

“Brad spend thousands on Thom Browne designer suits and sunglasses," an insider said. "He filled eight suitcases with expensive presents to thank his staff for working so hard.”

Most of us will never know what the wine tastes like, but we definitely like the bouquet on that employee bonus. Now, how do we get a job there?
