The internet has never been short on Justin Bieber spoofs. And, well, it just added another one.

From the creative minds behind Barely Political comes Bieberhood, the video journey of a young Justin Bieber spoofer over five years. Sit back and prepare for some laughs because Bieberhood mimics Richard Linklater's award-winning film Boyhood to a T — yes, right down to its iconic all-caps font.

Leading man Jan Uczkowski bares an uncanny resemblance to Justin — especially when the spoofer portrays the singer's white T-shirt and quaffed hair phase. Todd, on the other hand, isn't exactly the spitting image of Ethan Hawke — who plays the role of father in Linklater's original.

Boyhood won critical acclaim from the start, at its premiere at the Sundance Film Festival in 2014. Filmed in small pieces annually for 12 years, using the same actors, the movie allows you to watch the characters age before your very eyes. The ambitious project went on to win multiple awards, including the Golden Globe for Best Motion Picture - Drama and Best Director, and was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Motion Picture, which it lost to Birdman.

Bieberhood, meanwhile, missed the nominations deadline. (The short has only been around since Friday.) But we're pretty sure it would've given Boyhood a run for its money ... right? Well, no. Still, it's the perfect amount of Bieber fun to fill the void until Comedy Central airs its Roast of Justin Bieber on March 30. The ceremony filmed over the weekend, and you can preview the red carpet now.

Also, don't forget to vote for your favorite swoopy hair. Who is it going to be Justin Bieber or Michael Clifford?
