Researchers across the pond (U.K.) have found beer goggles are simply a myth. The study was quite extensive, looking into sections of the brain that alcohol inhibits.

The beer goggle myth stated that alcohol makes another person look more attractive. Sadly there's no magical transformation one goes through when they drink. Simply put, alcohol just makes our standards drop for whom we'll drop trow for.

Alcohol shuts down the rational and decision making part of the brain. However, the sexual desire parts of the brain are left intact. Studies show alcohol dose increase your confidence though! So at least you think you're sexier! Good enough for me!
