A Bangor woman, who was once shot by an officer, is now in trouble for allegedly grabbing a cop's gun.

WABI-TV reports 23-year-old Alexis Lannon of Bangor is charged with criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, after an incident over the weekend. She was in a hospital emergency room when she allegedly grabbed a weapon away from an officer.

In 2015, Lannon faced a similar charge after trying to confront a Penobscot County Sheriff's Deputy with a homemade weapon, consisting of a metal object at the end of a rope that she had been using to destroy property and threaten passersby. During that incident in Carmel, she was shot and wounded by Deputy Kari Kurth, who was exonerated for the shooting. It was determined, at that time, that Lannon was not competent to stand trial.

She's is expected to make her first court appearance today for a bail hearing.
