Bangor Uncorked Local Spotlight: Winterport Winery

Bangor Uncorked is coming to town on Oct. 20 and we want to get you ready for the shopping and wine drinking event of the year.

We wanted to take a minute to chat about some of the local vendors that you can look forward to sampling at this year’s event.

This year, we are welcoming Winterport Winery to the Cross Insurance Center for the big event.

Based out of my home town, Winterport Winery opened its doors in 2001. It's family owned and operated and provides a tasting room to sample its stock.

Their wines include a variety of fruits and flavors including apples, pears, oak, and almond, just to name a few. They also have beer with their Penobscot Bay Beer label.
