Bangor Store Offering Hair Cuts, Facials Sunday For Breast Cancer Research

Time to refresh your face, haircut, or hairstyle? Ulta Beauty in Bangor is offering a refresher for you while donating to a popular organization.

Cut for a Cause will take place Sun., Oct. 7 from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the store located 482 Stillwater Avenue. Ulta Beauty will be offering a $20 haircut or styling, $10 facial, and $10 pink extensions. One hundred percent of the proceeds will benefit the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.

The non-profit foundation is "committed to achieving prevention and a cure for breast cancer."  It is heavily involved in funding for a cure:

We provide critical funding for cancer research worldwide to fuel advances in tumor biology, genetics, prevention, treatment, metastasis and survivorship.
