Bangor Mall To Be Sold In Online Auction
The Bangor Mall is going up for auction next month through a Texas real estate company.
Ten-X Commercial has listed the property on its website. An online auction for the property will be held from Feb. 25 to Feb. 27, with the opening bid listed at $6.5 million. The site states that Tex-X, as well as Newmark Knight Frank have been retained to conduct the auction for the 531,032-square-foot retail space.
Rumors have abounded in recent months of the mall going up for sale, as many stores ended their contracts and moved out.
