Bangor loves it's crafts shows and most of them have the usual cutesy knick knacks and home decor pieces.

But this isn't your mom's crafts fair.

Craftstastic is making it's return this year to the Union Street Brick Church in Bangor on Saturday, November 17 from 10 AM - 4 PM.

The Facebook event describes the show as follows:

Craftastic is a nerdy, alternative craft event featuring talented, independent creators from Maine and New England. We are here to celebrate all the handmade awesome you can find in this area!

The festival is free to attend and will feature food and unique buys as well as raffles, door prizes, and projects for the kiddos, too.

Last year, the vendors sold an array of unusual things, including: fantasy and folklore items, ceramics, hand painted glassworks, soaps, aromatherapy materials, illustrations, photography, wands, baked goods and much more.

If you are interested in being a vendor you have until September 17th to apply.  Apply and/or follow the show on Facebook.
