Word on the street is we got a new Stephen King book going to the small screen.

The Hollywood Reporter says the production company, Signature, plans to create a series called 'Grand Central.' Signature is based at ABC Studios. 'Grand Central' is based off King's short story, 'The New York Times at Special Bargain Rates.'

The story follows a widow who starts to receive phone calls from her dead husband. The husband warns her of future events, allowing her to save lives.

Writers Sam Ernst and Jim Dunn are said to be writing the 'Grand Central' series. They both wrote the SyFy series 'Haven.' They say the series should hit TV next summer.
