Acadia National Park’s ‘Park Loop Road’ is Open

Acadia National Park's main artery is open for the summer season. The harsh winter and cold spring temperatures delayed the opening the road.

The park’s carriage trails will be closed until further notice. The paths gravel surface softens during the spring thaw, which could cause major damage if traveled on.
