A new year is here, and that means that we are in store for another great run of concerts here in Bangor.

If you had told me 15 years ago that we would get some of the biggest musical acts on the planet to come here, I would have thought you were out of your mind, but we have been blessed with some of the best concerts on the East Coast, at the Cross Insurance Center, and on the Bangor Waterfront, at the Maine Savings Amphitheater.

Back in 2021, rapper A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie rocked the stage, leaving the fans wanting more, and now the time has come for him to do it again.

Fast forward to 2024, and we have your chance to win tickets to the Friday, February 9 show at the Cross Insurance Center, along with special guests, Luh Tyler, Pardyalone, and CDOT-4 16, for another night of killer hip-hop music.

Here's what to do: Listen to the Z Morning Show with Kid and Company on Monday (1/22) and Tuesday (1/23). We'll be playing a fun little game called "5 Things in 10 Seconds." Call in to play. But what if I'm not the right caller? No problem. Enter one of the winning answers below and you're in the mix for a pair of tickets. You can earn additional entries by hooking up with us on social media.

A Boogie wit da Hoodie, is a rapper, who got his stage name from the character "Ace Boogie" from the 2002 film "Paid in Full", and because he was wearing hoodies all the time, so his friends gave him the nickname.

No doubt, you will hear his biggest hits like "Numbers" "Look Back at It" and "Drowning", plus many more.

Tickets are $71.50, for general admission, and $59.00, for reserved bowl seating. You can get them online here

General doors will open at 7:00 PM, and you enter through the Renewal by Andersen & Hammond Lumber Company Entrances.
